"Extremely disappointed. I have been a loyal customer with State Farm for years. I have have never had or known of a reason to be dissatisfied. But ever since I got a new car a few months ago, they seem to be trying to take advantage of me. I found new insurance, but now they are trying to preveng me from cancelling with them. They are ignoring my calls and messages requesting to cancel and continue to double down on not living up to their word. Only reason they get two stars instead of one is that so far no one has directly been rude to me, and they were good for a long time. I hope they learn from this."
